Shipping faster
Covid-19 update: We are shipping treatments as usual, only DHL is experiencing slight delays in delivery. We ask for your patience during this time as we try to get your medication to you as quickly as possible.
Order before 8am during the week for same day delivery. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.

When will my order be shipped?
We aim to dispatch orders placed before 3pm on working days on the same day. Otherwise your order will be dispatched on the next working day. We also offer express delivery for an additional charge. These are guaranteed to be posted on the same working day if posted before 2 p.m. Please note that express deliveries placed after 2pm on Thursdays cannot be dispatched until Monday.
Can I track my order?
You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.
What happens if my order is rejected?
If your order is rejected, you will be informed by email. Capsule will automatically refund the full amount using the same payment method used for the original payment.
Do you also deliver outside of Germany?
We regret that we cannot deliver outside of Germany based on this website. For deliveries to other EU countries please visit our UK website here.
Does the postman know what I ordered?
No. Since we use neutral packaging, only you know what’s in the package.
Do you offer returns?
Unfortunately, for legal and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns.
